RCRC JuniorsThe Rocket City Rowing Club Juniors program is open to high school boys and girls from all area high schools. We currently have approximately 50 Juniors on the roster, and we're growing every year!

Most RC2 Juniors do not know how to row when they come to the program. Our volunteer coaches teach the young people to row, then train them to compete in regattas across the Southeast. Our Juniors are highly successful, and have competed at the National Level for six of the last seven years (see the Hall of Fame).

The RCRC high school rowing program offers an opportunity for young men and women to participate in an exciting, healthy activity, and a sport that is unique in Alabama. RCRC is the only high school rowing program in the state! Rowing is a lifelong activity that can be enjoyed through high school, college, and adult life (see our Masters Program for more information about adult rowing). Additionally, crew develops skills in teamwork, leadership and communication.

High school students interested in rowing should contact the Head Coach immediately.
